Partnership with Edinburgh College
SQA Mentoring Award
From September 2022 - January 2023
Edinburgh College Granton Campus
SHE Scotland in partnership with Edinburgh College are delivering a SQA Mentoring Award in September - January. This course builds confidence and provides students with valuable skills including communication and groupwork.
The mentoring award is an SQA Qualification that will teach you the theory behind mentoring as well as giving you the practical skills to become a mentor. This award will be taught in the Granton Campus of Edinburgh College one afternoon a week and will include lots of discussion, activities and role play. You will be given a pack with all the outcomes you need to pass at the beginning of the course but each week we will go through the information and ‘bring it to life’ so that you become a confident and effective mentor.
